PILATES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Classes are 50 minutes each.
All sessions and classes are pre-registered and require a 12 hours cancellation in order to avoid being charged.
Instructors and classes are subjects to change without notice
All sales are final and no-refundable
Snake and Twist can cancel a class if there is one client. You will receive a mail.
Grip socks : We sell them at the front desk".
We want to keep things safe and clean, please wear clean socks.
Please silent your cell phones.
Please wear pants that do not have zippers or sharp points as they can damage the equipment.
Snake and Twist remains active with studio photography for the purpose of keeping our website images and social media platform fresh and relevant. If you wish to not have pictures taken or be featured in a positive light, please let us know.
Snake and Twist is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please consider not bringing your valuables with you into the studio.
YOGA TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A yoga mat is required for all classes. We rent 5 euros lululemon mats .
If you want to shower, please bring your own towel. Towels are available for rent or from desk for 5€.

All sales are final, (memberships, retail stuff) and non refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 12 hour cancellation policy is required prior to a confirmed session in order to avoid penalty. There are no exceptions.
When you schedule your class you are paying for our workout, not the trainer of the session. Trainers are subject to change without notice. No refunds.
